purchase. Your satisfaction

we stand behind every single

ORDER CANCELLATIONS:
You may cancel your order
within 24 hours of purchase
for a full refund. After
24 hours your order enters
production and cannot
be cancelled.
REFUND ELIGIBILITY:
We offer a full refund
in the following circumstances:
✅ Your order never arrived
after the estimated
delivery window
✅ Your item arrived damaged
or defective
✅ You received the wrong
item in your order
✅ Your item was lost
in transit
To request a refund please
contact us within 7 days
of your estimated delivery
date with your order number
and a clear photo of the
issue where applicable.
HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND:

2. Describe the issue clearly
3. Attach a photo if your
item arrived damaged
4. We will respond within
24–48 hours
5. Approved refunds are
processed within
5–7 business days back
to your original
payment method
NON-REFUNDABLE CIRCUMSTANCES:
❌ Change of mind after
your order has shipped
❌ Damage caused by
the customer after delivery
❌ Orders where incorrect
delivery address was
provided by the customer
EXCHANGES:
If you received a damaged
or defective item we are
happy to send a replacement
completely free of charge
instead of a refund if
you prefer.
LATE REFUNDS:
If you have not received
your refund within 7 business
days please first check
your bank account again,
then contact your credit
card company as processing
times vary. If you have
done all of this and still
have not received your
refund please contact us

FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING:
We cover all return shipping
costs for damaged, defective
or incorrect items. You will
never pay to return something
that was our fault.
